2016 - its wrap up by CEO Deb Goodeve

With the help of the residential and community-based organisations, our students were all placed in a variety of facilities. Learn more.

Here are the highlights of 2016

Another successful year for our students, who were all placed in a variety of facilities,

We would like to send out a big thank you to all the residential and community-based organisations. They have supported DP Training to provide vocational workplace experience as part of their community service programs specifically aged and home care courses.  Without their valued support, students would not gain the additional experience required to work confidently in the field.

Approximately 90% of 2016 students now have employment working.

We opened a new location in Brisbane Bowen Hills that will offer a number of courses both full time and part time in addition to professional development and skilled workshops.

We are looking forward to expanding services across Sydney with further opportunities afield in Melbourne, watch this space to learn more.

Partnering with a Home and Community Care provider has seen an increase in the number of students employed under the training and employment program - this is a successful program and one that will be a focus for DP Training in 2017.

A big thank you to our DPT Trainers - Raylee, Ian and Sean.

A extra big thank you to all our students of 2016 for helping make such a successful year.
