Survival kit

Turn your work bag into a survival kit.

Pack in a separate bag- a toothbrush and toothpaste, hair brush, spray mouth freshener or mints. Also your cup, herbal tea, lavender bottle and tissues.

don’t have time – pack fruit, fruit drink tetra packs, fresh two-minute noodles nuts and dried fruit mix.

 

Two in one beauty products

If you’re running short of time these may save you a few minutes. When you do have time, spoil your hair and skin with a full treatment, but when you are busy there are many products like:

  • Moisturiser and cleanser in one
  • Shampoo and conditioner in one
  • Wash and scrub – a cleansing gel and exfoliating scrub in one
  • Cleanser or a mask. Some can be left on for longer to get a deep cleanse or can act as a quick wash when you are on the go.
  • Dry shampoo

Not enough time to wash hair? Use a spray-on that absorbs oil from the hair and scalp and makes it look freshly washed.
