classroom attendance – “Face to Face” - training with industry qualified trainers. This is of great assistance for those who wish to build up confidence, learn from trainers experienced in the industry and brush up their studying skills.

2) On the job training :

Practical workplace training through a Vocational Placement is the focus of our course program. This practical approach to learning will prepare our students to ease into 120 hours of on the job training required to gain the qualification.

Our Training Organisation will support students to organise the vocational placement - work experience with an accredited care provider. It can be an aged care facility, health care, disability or community based service provider.

Vocational placement is structured workplace learning, a training plan is developed to support your requirements of tasks to complete during your placement. These tasks support you to prepare for the workforce. Vocational Placement is an important part of the program that has been designed for students to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to a practical level in a workplace environment.
