Costs associated with your study at DP Training will depend on several things, including your study program and where you choose to live.
Online budget calculators can be useful tools to assist you with budgeting and ensure you are financially prepared for coming to Australia.
The fees advertised are the annual fees for the course. These fees are subject to annual increases each year of your study, effective at the start of each calendar year.
All international students must pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) each semester during their studies at DP Training. This is standard practice for Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and providers of education and training.
The SSAF helps fund non-academic services and deliver projects and activities to improve your experience as a student. DP Training understands that studying in an unfamiliar place may pose challenges to you. Living away from home deprives you of the care of your parents and the company of your friends. DP aims to create an environment that allows you to get the most out of studying. The SSAF assists us in supporting you better.
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is your health insurance while you are in Australia on a student visa and is needed before you apply for your student visa. You must have OSHC for the entire length of your student visa, and if you need to apply for a new student visa, you must extend your health cover before applying.
OSHC also gives you peace of mind knowing your health will be looked after and you can easily access medical services while you are in Australia.
Allianz Care Australia is our preferred OSHC partner. If you would like to seek a quote for your OSHC with Allianz Care Australia, please follow the link below:
https://www.allianzcare.com.au/en/student-visa-oshc.html
How much you pay for OSHC depends on the type of cover you need.
Costs will depend on where you are flying from and the time of year.
Estimate Costs in AUD below:*
Flights to Australia: Approximately $3,000
Flights between Australian Capital Cities: $300 – $800
We recommend you research your flights through Webjet for an accurate quote.
