To apply for credit transfers, you will need to fill out the Credit transfer verification form and supply a copy of your Unique Student Identifier (USI) Transcript as evidence.
See below for instructions on how to download from the USI website.
- login into your USI account via the USI Student Portal
- select View VET transcript
- read and acknowledge the Transcript Disclaimer
- on the VET transcript details screen, use the checkboxes on the left to select all training records (for a full transcript) or specific training records (transcript extract)
- respond Yes to ‘Do you want to create a viewable VET transcript?’
- set a time limit for the VET transcript to be viewable online by selecting a date or period (between one week to six months). You can change the time limit or cancel the viewable VET transcript at any time before the expiry date
- Download the VET transcript containing the selected training data (PDF format).
DP Training does annual uploads to the USI website. Due to this, it may take some time for your units to show on your USI Transcript. In the meantime, you are able to provide your Certificate and Record of Results as proof of your competencies.
If you are nearing the end of your course and you are not quite finished, you can email adminteam@dptrainingconsultancy.com and ask for an extension application form. Once you return the filled-out form, it will be reviewed by management, and you will be advised of the outcome via email.

If your circumstances change and you no longer wish to be enrolled in your course, you can email adminteam@dptrainingconsultancy.com and ask for a withdrawal application form. Once you have returned the form, our Admin Team will process and send you a formal notification of your withdrawal. If you have completed at least one unit, you will be issued a Statement of Attainment (SOA) in recognition of the unit/s you completed. You will be able to access and download your SOA from the student portal.

Our trainers are contactable via phone and email from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. You are also able to contact them through the student portal and online learning portal.
Every week our trainers hold optional support sessions via Zoom. If you feel you need some extra support, please contact your trainer for the Zoom schedule and login details of the support sessions.
If you would like to apply for a refund, please email adminteam@dptrainingconsultancy.com and request a refund application form. Once returned, it will be reviewed by management. You will be notified of the outcome via email.

To organise a payment plan, please email our adminteam@dptrainingconsultancy.com for a Direct Debit Request (DDR) form. Once filled out, please return it to adminteam@dptrainingconsultancy.com for processing. Any changes to your payment plan must be in the form of a new DDR form.
Your trainer is responsible for notifying our admin team when you are ready for more units. If you would like to request more units, please contact your trainer.
DP Training has a Vocational Placement (VP) officer available to help you organise your vocational placement. Your trainer will advise the VP officer when you are ready for placement. Then, the VP officer will contact you to introduce themselves and discuss the requirements of vocational placement. If you have any questions about VP, please email admin3@dptrainingconsultancy.com.
If you are a class based, or DP@Home student, and you find employment in the industry, with your supervisor’s support, you will be able to complete your placement hours in the workplace. Please email admin3@dptrainingconsultancy.com to receive the agreement to facilitate this. Once you have completed your sections of the agreement, please return the form to admin3@dptrainingconsultancy.com and provide your manager/ supervisor’s name, email and phone contact so our VP Officer can explain the requirements of your placement to your workplace.
All RTOs are allowed 28 days from your trainer marking your final assessment to your certificate being issued. DP Training strives to process your completion as soon as possible. Once your completion has been processed, you will receive an email inviting you to access and download your Certificate and Record of Results from the student portal. If you complete your course with fees outstanding, your certificate will not be made available to you until all fees have been paid.
