Credit Transfers

To apply for credit transfers, you will need to fill out the Credit transfer verification form and supply a copy of your Unique Student Identifier (USI) Transcript as evidence.

See below for instructions on how to download from the USI website.

  • login into your USI account via the USI Student Portal
  • select View VET transcript
  • read and acknowledge the Transcript Disclaimer
  • on the VET transcript details screen, use the checkboxes on the left to select all training records (for a full transcript) or specific training records (transcript extract)
  • respond Yes to ‘Do you want to create a viewable VET transcript?’
  • set a time limit for the VET transcript to be viewable online by selecting a date or period (between one week to six months). You can change the time limit or cancel the viewable VET transcript at any time before the expiry date
  • Download the VET transcript containing the selected training data (PDF format).
Unique Student Identifier (USI) Transcript

DP Training does annual uploads to the USI website. Due to this, it may take some time for your units to show on your USI Transcript. In the meantime, you are able to provide your Certificate and Record of Results as proof of your competencies.

Extensions

If you are nearing the end of your course and you are not quite finished, you can email adminteam@dptrainingconsultancy.com and ask for an extension application form. Once you return the filled-out form, it will be reviewed by management, and you will be advised of the outcome via email.

Withdrawals

If your circumstances change and you no longer wish to be enrolled in your course, you can email adminteam@dptrainingconsultancy.com and ask for a withdrawal application form. Once you have returned the form, our Admin Team will process and send you a formal notification of your withdrawal. If you have completed at least one unit, you will be issued a Statement of Attainment (SOA) in recognition of the unit/s you completed. You will be able to access and download your SOA from the student portal.

Our trainers are contactable via phone and email from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm AEST Monday – Friday. You are also able to contact them through the student portal and online learning portal.
